Yes — we are a Pag-IBIG accredited developer and process the housing loan in-house. Studio units fit within the standard Pag-IBIG monthly amortisation envelope. The first year of Pag-IBIG insurance is on us.
Towers A and B have topped off; turnover for the first units in those towers is planned in phased batches over the next 12–18 months. Towers C and D are scheduled in the following 24-month window.
